Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. Please review our warranty and return policy below. Because of the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened items in their original packaging with the plastic seal intact, within thirty (30) days of purchase, and are subject to a restocking fee. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and health reasons. If your product is defective, it is covered by our one-year warranty.

WARRANTY

Enjox warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the respective Product User Manual, for a warranty period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers the working parts that affect the function of the product. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence.

WARRANTY CLAIM

At Enjox, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Enjox during the warranty period, Enjox will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. Enjox will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

INFORMATION IS REQUIRED

  • Product serial number (located on the packaging).
  • Proof of purchase including the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
  • Defect description.
  • Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover defects and damage resulting from:

  1. The product being used other than in a normal and customary manner.
  2. Any disassembly, repair, alteration, or modifications.
  3. Cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or an accident howsoever caused.
  4. Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts due to normal use.

DISCLAIMER

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened and in new condition, in their original packaging with the plastic seal intact and all original tags and labels attached.

EU/UK customers: If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, this right does not apply to sealed intimate products that have been unsealed after delivery. Unopened, sealed items may be returned as described above.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@enjox.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual)

  • Normal wear and tear, commercial use

  • Lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation

  • Negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use

  • Accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
